Each app has its own address. Mail about the apps generally goes to the last one.

It speeds things up a lot if you include the app name, its version, your device model and OS version, and what you did just before the problem appeared. The version is on the app's Play Store listing: open What's new and read the App info section underneath it.

Common questions

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store that sold them, not by us. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have paid for running.

I want a refund.

Refunds go through the store that took the payment, under its own policy — Google Play or Apple. Write to us if a decision looks wrong and we will help where we can, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

I paid, but the app still shows the paywall.

Make sure the device is signed in to the same store account that made the purchase, then reopen the app so it can re-check your entitlement. If it is still wrong after that, email us and say which account you bought it on.

I think a lesson or question is wrong.

Please tell us — content corrections are the most useful mail we get. Quote the lesson or question and say what you believe the right answer is. We review every report against our sources and correct what needs correcting in the next content release.

Can I use this to make a clinical decision?

No. Our study apps are exam preparation. See the educational use disclaimer.
